The a <br /> conversion of existing warehouse space to office use triggers a requirement for � � <br /> additional spaces (two if the use of the space is related to retail use within the buiiding <br /> or three if the use is an independent one) because it is a more intense use of floor <br /> space as provided in he City of Everett Zoning Code. The spaces may be provided on- <br /> site or within 300 feet of the site if located within the same land use zone (G1R) as the <br /> subject property. One of the additional spaces must be van accessible as provided in <br /> the State Building Code (1107.5). <br /> The encloseci parking covenant is to be submitted to document the satisfaction of the <br /> requirement if any of the spaces aze provided off-site.
