The foundation is deteriorated and defective. <br /> 2. Doors do not fit plumb due to defective floor supports, which <br /> creates a sag in certain azeas of the floor. <br /> 3. There is rrood rot in the support posts of the aain entrance <br /> overhang. The posts have deteriorated more than one half of <br /> their diameter and may be considered dangerous. <br /> 4. The electrical system of the house has been altered without the <br /> issuance of permits as required by law, along with the comoulsory <br /> inspections. <br /> 5. The house shall be provi.ded with heatiag facilities capable <br /> of maintaining a room *^mperature of 70° F. at a point 3 <br /> £eet above the floor in all habitable rooms. <br /> 6. Faulty weather protection consists of deteriorating or in- <br /> effective waterproofing of exterior walls, roof, foundations <br /> and floors, including broken windows or door�. <br />
