These conditions may be considered sufficient to <br /> declare the building to be substandard. <br /> Some of the deficiencies noted are listed as follows: <br /> 1. Living room window is not secured to its frame. Other windows <br /> are broken. <br /> 2. Kitchen door is out of plumb and does not close. <br /> 3. Ceilings are falling apart due to a leaky roof. <br /> 4. The electrical service is hazarduus in its present condition. <br /> 5. There is a lack of adequate heating facilities. <br /> 6. There is general dilapidation aud ir.ipropez maintenance of the I <br /> structure. i <br /> Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
