The <br /> building is a ten unit small apartment type frame building, built <br /> about forty years ago. The wiring is ttie old knob and tube wiring <br /> method and appears to have been updated to have met the minimum <br /> etandards of the electrical codes in force 30 years ago. Though the <br /> wiring is below the present standards, the wiring that I could eee <br /> and check appeared to be in good cundition. Z did not find any <br /> overprotected circuits. I Was unable to check in all apartment, <br /> but thoae that were checked did not cause me any alarm.
