Observed exposed side sewer piping that is not supported in an approved manner(buckets, stacked wood etc.). <br /> Portions of this side sewer have been patched or repaired in an inadequate or�on approved manner.(dryer <br /> ducting used for patching a damaged portion of sewer pipe�.Violation of IPMC 504.1 <br /> 2. Observed tenant widows that are broken, inoperable,and or damaged.These are violations of IPMC 304.13, <br /> 4011,403.i,and 702.4. <br /> 3. Observed deteriorated roof framing over the front porch and some deteriorated floor framing at the same <br /> location. IPMC violation 304Z and 304.10. <br /> 4. Observed the absence of required smoke alarms within a dwelling unit. (only one interior unit was accessible at <br /> this time) IPMC violation 704.2 <br /> 5. Observed electrical features in the basement area of the building that are not installed in a safe a�d approved <br /> manner IPMC violations 604.3 and 605.1 <br />� 6. Observed sections of the building plumbing system that are not properly installed or maintained. IPMC vio�ation <br /> 504.1 (electrical tape used for plumbing repairs etc.� <br /> 7. The basement appears to be open to passersby.
