Section 1013.4 IBC S.The stairway is constructed <br /> with a vertical rise that exceeds twelve feet(without intermediate landings)this is a viofation of section lOD9.10 of the <br /> 1(3C 6. The stairway is not structurally sound, nor is it properly anchored.
