This office made the inspection efter the <br /> job w�e completed and everyihing noied was corrected and found to <br /> be in proper order. <br /> Merriwether Nursing Horm� 3515 Hoyt� installed the pilot li�ht and <br /> ewitch for the flat iron as requested. Huwever� ihere are two <br /> deficiencies in the kitchen - romex a4tnched to a �rd cap used in <br /> lleu of permanent wiring on a fixed coffec rtr�ker7 the coffec meker <br /> being judged as Pixed by virtue oP copper water pipe connecling <br /> directly io water system.
