Your letter was my first knowledge of any change having been
made. There had Ucen no permie taken nor inspection called for wlien
Clie change was made.
1 did make an inspection aEter receiving your letter. I was unable
to find a LL lable on the generator assembly showing it has beQn
approved for installalions exposed to tlie weather. It does not appear
to me to meet the requirements of weather tight equipmen.
Tt is also my understandins there must Ue a disconnect on the generator
so that it can be isolated from other equipment. 'fhere i.s a tranafer
switch insCalled to transfer from Normal to L'mergency power, Uvt I
do not feel this meets the intenC of a disconnect in as much as it
is nol `used,
The transfer swiCch also is not accessible wi[liout dis-assembling
the enclosure.
7E you do not agree witli rtry opi.nions I wovld like to hear from you
again so as Co advise L:ylander l;lectric what changcs if any will be
required.
RespecLfully
L.
