The applicant is <br /> propoaing to set 1 foot from that property line. <br /> Location: 4604 Colby Avenue <br /> Zoning: R-1 Single Family Low Density Res. � <br /> Don Wood showed slidea of [he pro�ect and summarized the staff repor[ as <br /> follovs: <br /> The property is 50 feet by 110 feet with an existing single family home. <br /> There was an old garage set one foot from the side property line. This is a <br /> common pattern in the older platted areas which have alley access. ihe new <br /> garage wo�ild be in the same Location, bu: mould be larger, thereby providing <br /> more off street parking.
