If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring withcut <br /> docucientation of completion, you may: <br /> 1) Request an inspcction of work that has occurred,to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request final inspeaion if the work is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days. After thu time the file will be sent to our Records <br /> Department for microfilming w-ithout final approval.
