Single Family Dwell3ng <br />�1# The structure !s being used as a duplex. <br /> ; Section 19.48.010 R-1 Zone I <br /> hi <br /> No conversion shall be permitted in the R-1 zone. <br /> The atructure hae been converted into a duplex. <br />' Section 19.64.010 Building Permit - Filing Plan: <br /> Prior to any alteration, addition, or change in use, a building permit <br /> must be obtained and plans must be filed with the City. <br /> In order to correct these violations, you must either: <br /> 1. Return the structure to a single family dwelling by obtaining a <br /> plumbing permit to remove the kitchen and proper.ly cap off any illegal <br /> plumbing installatione.
