Some foundation members are deterioraCed. <br />2. Some flooring is detesiorated. <br />3. Cciling lieights in kitchen and northeast bedroom are insufficient. <br />4. Electrical panel has been removed. <br />5. Water heater Uas no relief valve. <br />6. Kitchen sink waste is not piped correctly and is noC vented. <br />7. Lavatory and bath tub are not vented. <br />8.
