PROPOSED DECLARATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />* ZR-ii r <br />Description of Proposal <br />The proposed action is the issuance of building permits to allow the construction of <br />approximately 15 condominium units on an approxiaately 22,500 square foot parcel. The <br />factors were considered prior to making a preliminary decision on this proposal: <br />1. The proposed site is zoned R-3, multiple family low density residence zone, which 1 <br />allow this use. <br />2. Three Eingle family residences which currently exist on the site must be demolishes <br />allow for construction. <br />3. Access is proposed via both Colby Avenue and the alley to the Fast of the site. <br />4.
