Box 164 <br />Lake Stevens, Washington 98258 <br />OCT :: 1979 <br />RE: Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Laurel Heights <br />Drainage Study Map & Alley Improvement Detail <br />Our Job No. 79-1243 <br />Dear Les: <br />Enclosed herewith are three (3) blueline copies of the above <br />mentioned plan for your delivery to the City of Everett to obtain <br />final approval. The plan has been revised in accordance with <br />your comments of Thursday, October 11, 1979 which are as follows: <br />1. The 12 inch pipe has been changed to 8 inch pipe and <br />60 feet of 36 inch pipe. <br />2. Two (2) manholes have been eliminated. <br />3. Three (3) inlet tasins have been added. <br />Also note that the inverts of Manhole 1 and Manhole 2 have <br />been raised approximately four (4) feet which requires less <br />excavation to place the 36 inch diameter pipe. The orifice <br />diameter has been enlarged to reflect this change. <br />A revised drainage plan submission which reflects changes <br />in the original plan is also enclosed for review by the Cityof <br />Everett along with a copy of the orifice outlet control for <br />Manhole 1 showing pertinent elevations. <br />After you receive approval of the plan, please contact our <br />office if ,you have construction staking requirements prior to <br />installation.
