HOUSWG CODE INSPECTION REPORT <br />/ <br />FROM: MARIAN DENT, CITY OF EVERETT, HOUSING INSPECTORG-,, <br />DATE: OCTOBGR 10, 1994 <br />SUBJ: 5529 COLBY AVE., EVERETT, WA <br />At the request of the tenant, an inspectiun was conducted on plumbing problems and <br />other areas of concern for the tenant. <br />The following violations noted during the inspection are considered hazardous and/or a <br />danger to the heahh, safety and welfare of the occupants pursuant to the Uniform <br />Housing Code: <br />The toilet drain leaks. This is the toilet upstairs. <br />2. The bathtub drain leaks. <br />3. Tiles around the tub have become loose and are falling off the walls <br />allowing moisture to penetrate the walls and floor around the tub. <br />3. There are bare wires in the room leading to the exterior deck. The <br />electrical wiring in this room is shorting out. <br />4. The deck of the exterior of the house is rotted, deteriorated and <br />dangerous. <br />5, The hot watcr tank ard heatcr are inaccessible to the cecupants. <br />� <br />
