J <br />t,:. <br />The City of Everett Plenning Director grants approval of a request by Ed Olson of PeciLc <br />(}arages, Inc. to consliuct an 832 x{uaro foot, detached accessory building up to 18 fieet in <br />height at 5921 Colby Avenue with the following conditions: <br />1. Any change to the design, meterials, and/or roof pitch of the proposed accessory building <br />requirea Plaiu�ing Director epproval. Tlie height of the accxssory building is limited to e <br />maximum of 18 feet. <br />2. All exisling deteched aceessory buildings must be removed prior to fiml inspecQon of the <br />garnge. <br />Chapter 7 of the Everett Municipal Codo (EMC) states that the Planning Director may look et <br />such factors es view obstrudion, aesthelic impact op swrouuding properties, end impact on <br />neighborhood cheracter.
