REPORT <br />FROM: Marian Dent, Housing Inspector, City of Everett ��' <br />DATE: December 8, 1992 <br />SUBJ: 6019 Colby Ave., Everett, WA <br />After receiving a complaint concerning this building, an <br />inspection was conducted and the following deticiencies were <br />noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. The roof is deteriorated. <br />2. There is inadequate ventilation for the attic. <br />S. Windows have been broken out. <br />4. There is dampness in the building. <br />5. There is a lack of maintenance for the building. <br />b. There is trash and debris on the premises. <br />7. The building is an attractive nuisance tc <br />inquisitive minor children. <br />8. The building is a hazardous nuisance to the health, <br />safety and welfare of the publf.c. <br />
