REPORT <br />FROM: Marian Dent, Housing Inspector, City of Everett �� <br />DATE: December 8, 19Q2 I <br />SUBJ: 6027 Colby Ave., Everett, WA <br />After receiv_ng a complaint concerning this building, an <br />inspection was �onducted and the following deficiencies were <br />noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. The roof and eaves are rotted and deteriorated. <br />2. There is a lack of weather protection for the <br />buiiding. <br />3. Windows have been broken out. <br />4. There is dry rot throughout the house and carport. <br />5. There is a lack of maintenance for the building. <br />b. There is trash and debris on the pr-emises. <br />7. The building is an attractive nuisance to <br />inquisitive minor children. <br />8. The building is a hazardous nuisance to the health, <br />safety and weltare of the p��blic. <br />
