Addidonal revisions or addidons may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Flre). "Table R301.1 F�cterior Walls" requires one-hour fire-resisGve construction on the <br />underside of projedions (overhang) that extend into the 5 faot side yard setback. <br />Note: Ruof eave fire-resistance rating shall be permitted to be reduced to zero hours on <br />the underside of the eave if fire blocking is provided from the wall top plate to the <br />underside of the raof sheathing. <br />2. The seismic and wind calculator tables on Sheet A-3 show dte lengtfi of wall lines 1 and 2 <br />as 34' and braced wall lines A and B as 22', and shows the bracing length of braced wall <br />line 2 provided as 34'. <br />3. Provide detail for continuous portal frame per Fgure R602.10.4.1.1. IRC. <br />4. Site plan does not show the following required infortnation: <br />a.
