(2) 3'0" x 50" white vinyl sliding window.(2) 2'0" x4'0" skylites (1) 36" insulated man door on East end. <br />5. 7.25 reveal hardy plank Eiding. <br />6. Torch down roof with 12" overhangs except East end 72" overhang. 72" overhang to be closed soffit with paint grade <br />/i plywood. <br />7. 2/12 BCI roof trusses Q 16' on center. <br />8. Install new 16' white panel insulated garage door with opener. <br />9. Install seamless gutters and downspouts on west overhang <br />10. Prime and Paint one color body, one color trim. <br />11. Haul away all construction related debris. <br />12. We will provide City of Everett building permit, engineering, and approved plans. <br />13.
