The Unifortn Building Code <br />provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or <br />abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 1 SO days. If you wish to prevent <br />the petmit from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />I) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file wiil be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without final approval.
