Final Approval: <br />'1 <br />Finding: This short subdivision may not be approved for four lots unless this <br />variance is granted. <br />Conclusion: The short subdivision is being reviewed by the City at this time. <br />DECISION: APPROVE <br />Approve a variance to allow easement access to Lots 3 and 4 as provided for in Sec. <br />18.44.210 with the following conditions. <br />1. The easement is effective only when final approval has been granted on Short <br />Subdivision #2-83. <br />2. The effective easement width for service to Lots 3 and 4 shall not be less <br />than 30 feet and shall be in a reasonable location as determined by the Boar] <br />of Adjustment. <br />3. The applicant must provide an easement document that is acceptable to the <br />City, setting forth the method and responsibility for maintenanc= of the <br />easement access area, providing perpetual access to Lots 3 and 4.
