The clean -out at the end of the szwer main Is per City Standard #604. <br />2. The new manhole is per City Standards #605, 606 and 607. <br />3. The water services are City Standard 0504 (typical). <br />4. The service connect to the 2" water main Is per City Standard 11501. <br />5. The blow -off assembly is per City Standard #511. <br />6. The material of the 2" water main is per City Standard Section <br />5.3.19. It cannot be PVC. <br />7. The connection of the r water main to the 6" main will be made by <br />the City at the developers expense per City Standard 0513. <br />8. Add the note: The water main extension shall be surveyed and staked <br />by a registered land surveyor. <br />9.
