OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a public meeting and public hearing will be held by the <br />City of Everett Board of Adjustment on the dates given below for consideration of <br />the following request from Mike A. Autrey at 6924 Colby, Everett, WA. <br />The easement access request is from Sec. 18.44.210 of the City of Everett Short <br />Subdivision Code. The applicant is seeking approval of a Short Subdvision with 2 <br />(two) lots not meeting full frontage requirements. Lot 1 (one) would have 80 feet <br />of frontage, Lot 2 (two) would ha:P 40 feet of frontage, Lot 3 do 4 (t:'free and four) <br />would be served by a 30 foot easement. <br />Location: 6924 Colby Avenue, Everett, WA <br />Zoning: R-1 Single Family Low Density Residential <br />Public Meeting: March 4, 1983, approximately 9:30 A.M., <br />the Board of Adjustment will visit the <br />site. <br />Public Hearing: March 7, 1983 - 7:00 P.M., the Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing in <br />the City Council Chambers, City Hall <br />for the purpose of public comment. <br />Any person desiring to be heard on this proposal, is invited to attend the hearing <br />or submit comments in writing to the Planning Department, Citv lloll, Everett, <br />WA 98201.
