As a condition of the permit the Com- <br />m.ission recommended that the applicant improve Colby from <br />the �outh boundary of the church property to Madison Avenue <br />to a width of 26 feet plus a 4 foot shoulder on each side. <br />Thes� improvements are to be made to City standards. <br />i am requesting that the Engineering Department make a cost <br />estimate of these improvements.
