Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Cod�,) (2009 Intemational Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />Ciry of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corredions requested. <br />1. The plans as submitted do not meet the prescriptive requirements for lateral bracing. <br />Revise plans to meet prescriptive requirements per Section R602.10 IRC or pro��ide <br />laterel analysis prepared by a licensed Washington State structural engineer for wind <br />and seismic loading. <br />2. Show how 2x6 ceiling joists are supported at both ends. <br />3. Provide detail at top plate to show how ceiling joists that are perpendicular to the rafters <br />installed so as to not conFlict with the rafiers and insulation. Show how this <br />confguration is ventilated. <br />4. Provide gravity load calculations for collar ties and connection based on exact placemenY <br />of collar ties. <br />5.
