See the <br />enclosed I�spection Activity Report(s). Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building <br />Code and International Residential Code state that permits bec�me invalid if the work is not <br />commenced or is suspended or abandoned for more than 130 days. Work under your permits <br />will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrste continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />yourlastinspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the tivork that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibiliry to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that <br />all required inspections are performed. Please contact us by December 5, 2012 to <br />schedule inspections or request extension. After that time the file will be sent to <br />microfilm wi[hout final approval. <br />Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if aRer further inspections the permit <br />onre again reaches expiration.
