Sec. 19.14.050 (A) front yard requirements <br />which requires each structure to be 20 feet from the front property line. The <br />appticant is proposing to build a carport to the front property line. <br />Location: 814 Colby Avenue <br />Zoning: R-1 Single Family Low Density Residential <br />Public Hearing: August 3, 1983, at 7:30 p.m., the Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the <br />City Council Chambers at City Hall for the <br />purpose of public comment. <br />Any person desiring to be heard on this proposal is invited to attend the hearing <br />or submit comments in writing to the Planning Department, City Hall, Everett, <br />WA 98201.
