Wp�MINGTCN <br />�Bi�tl <br />In the past you were notified of public hearir.g before the Board of <br />Adjuetment for a request from Trygue Anderson at 814 Colby Ave., <br />Everett, WA. The Variance request was from E.M.C. Sec. 19.14.050 <br />(A) front yard requirements, which requirea each structure to be 20' <br />from the front property line. The applicant was proposing to build <br />a ciirport to the front property line. <br />At [hat meeting, the Board of Adjustment voted 2-2; the Chairman <br />announc��d that the Variance wae disapproved. However, it is the <br />opinion of the City and recent Snohomish County Court decision that <br />the 2-2 tie does not constitute an action. Therefore, the Board of <br />Adjuetment must reconsider its action and render a decision of a <br />majority of the members. <br />The public hearing will be held in the Everett City Council Chambers <br />on October 10, 1983 at 7:00 PM.
