The sink wa� installed without a permit. <br /> 2. The drainline to the sink was improperly installed. <br /> 3. The water service for the sink was installed and cocered <br /> without inspection. <br /> 4. lv� additional four feet was added to the north end of the <br /> building without anenc.ed plans being submitted for approval. <br /> The concrete work for th�s addition was placed without inapectiun, <br /> therefore, it cannot be ascertained if a proper footing was <br /> provided. It appears that the concrete slab was placed over <br /> an existi,�g concrete walk. <br /> 5. The floor slab was placed in di�regard of a correction notice. <br /> '�he drainline was not reinspected prior to placement of the <br /> slab. <br /> Plcase be advised that the following shall be cone to bring the building <br /> into ca. tilirnce with the code. <br /> 1. he �.ink drain line shall be filled with concret� and cap2ed at <br /> he floor level. <br /> 2. The water line shall ba disconnected at the source and removed <br /> where possible and filled with concrete inside the buiiding and <br /> caFped at rhe floor line. <br />
