Debtor has an <br /> inventory of eight "spec" homes as well as contracts to complete <br /> Z3 homes for owners on a custom basis. Four of the spec houses are <br /> completed and readf for sale. Three of the completed houses have <br /> 24 offers pending and are ready to close.
