The debtor is in the business of the ZZ construction and sale of single family residences. Debtor has an inventory of eight "spec" homes as well as cantracts to complete Z3 homes for owners on a custom basis. Four. of the spec hbuses are completed and ready for sale. Three of the completed houses have Z4 offers pending and are ready to close. The sale of each house is subject to normal builder's closing costs, real estate commissians ZS and financing charges.
