Subject Property, Continental must be permitted to exercise its <br /> 1 <br /> remedies under the Deeds of Trust, including its right to make <br /> 2 <br /> advances to complete construction. <br /> 3 <br /> g, Lack of Adecxuate Protection. C�ntinental has not been <br /> 4 <br /> given and cannot be given adequate protection for its security <br /> 5 <br /> interest as required by Sections 362 (d) and 361 of the Bankruptcy <br /> 6 <br /> Code. Continental is therefore entitled to relief from the <br /> 7 <br /> automatic stay imposed by Section 362 (a) of the Bankruptcy Code. <br /> 8 <br /> 9.
