Our o�ce has been retained by Mr. Brian Knox to prepare all the necessary <br /> documents to secure a building permit in order to proceed with the re-constructiun of his residence. <br /> Initial site visit on March 24`h 2012 <br /> Our initial site visit consisted of a visual evaluation of the fire damage of the laundry room and <br /> inspection of the roof trusses that were cut by the fire department during the fire fighting activity to <br /> suppress the fire. Our o�ce collected all the necessary informallon and documented the damage by <br /> taking pictures and field notes. Following are some of the more significant pictures taken of the fire <br /> damage with a description of the damage. <br /> Picture#1 damared roofh'usses ta be reinforced <br /> Picture # I shows the trusses and roof sheathing that were cut and damaged by the fire department <br /> during the fire suppression activity.
