We were informed that an initial permit nPPlication was needed to be filed with the Ciry <br /> Of Everett in order to have a the fire inspector walk the property to determine the requirements to <br /> S¢cure n building permit for reconstruction of the residence after the fire.. <br /> Our ojj'ice filed the initial permit application on April 3'd, 2012 at the City of Everett and requested <br /> an inspectlonforApril6`�, 2012. <br /> Site �sit With Ci O Everett Buitd:n & Plumbin Ins ectors A ril 6'" 2012 <br /> At the April 6`" site visit there were hvo representatives of IBI�S�o p he �oordinated�tee vt�itctand <br /> from the City of Everett plus the home oxmer. 77te purp f <br /> inspection was for the building inspectors to visually inspect the damage and to coordinate and <br /> agree on the documents that IBI Company needed to prepare in order to secure a building permit for <br /> the reconstn�ction of the residence due to the fire damage. It was determined on site and as required <br /> by the City of Everett that the following documents, reports and drawings are required to submit for <br /> a bui(ding permit applicarion: <br /> !) Completed Permit Application form <br /> 2) Two complete set of plans.
