Speciaf use reviews (SEPA,etc.) if required, muat be completed prior to permit <br /> submittal <br /> 2. Two complete sets of building plans that include aite plans <br /> 3. One set of required documentation i.e. engineering calculationa, lighting <br /> budget, etc. <br /> 4. Completed Permit Application <br /> 5. Plan check fee <br /> 6. All documents must be clearly legible for microfilming <br /> NOTE—Applications are accepted between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM only <br /> The following requirements apply to tenant improvemer's that do not include additions or <br /> increasing the existing floor area. For addkions,the che�klist for new structures must be followed. <br /> A. Include a code data section on the coversheet to indicate the occupancy classifications, <br /> type of co�struction and occupant loads. <br /> B. Indicate on the plans whether or not the building has an existing, monRored sprinkler and/or <br /> fire alarm system. <br /> G All tenant improvements that occur within a building of 4,�00 sguare feet or larger are <br /> required,o be sealed by an architect currently licensed by the State of Washington (RC�iV <br /> 18.08). <br /> D. Floor plans with complete dimensions. Indicate the proposed use of each space. Show all <br /> exit doors, stairs, corridors, etc. <br /> E. New wall sections showing construction and assembly ratings if required. <br /> F. New or revised toilet room plans to include interior elevations. waH and floor finishes, <br /> mounting heights and clearances and accessibility d�tails (if required). <br /> G. Door, window(relite), room finish and hardware schedules. <br /> H. Revised lighting plan and energy code analysis. <br /> I.
