Although you requested a final inspection of this work, our inspector <br /> wu unable to gain access on May 10, 1999 to conducc che inspection. I have enclosed a copy <br /> of his report. If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of <br /> completion, you may: <br /> 1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request �nal inspection if the work is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days.
