The occupancy of the structure will <br /> not exceed six (6) people. There will be no fire fuel load and the <br /> building will be twelve (12) feet from the nearest adjacent bleach <br /> � plant bui2ding, which is a reinforced concrete structure. <br /> The proposed structure will be approximately 130 feet in height. <br /> we are aware that the Uniform 8uilding Code limits a 1V-N buildinq <br /> to fifty-five (55) feet. <br /> Because of the uniqueness of the facility and the singular use as a <br /> Digester Buildinq, it is our opinion that the Uniform Buildiny Code <br /> � does not specifioally direct itaelf to this building and its uses. <br /> We would therefore hold harmless the City of Everett for any liability <br /> incurred by the issuance of a Building Permit for this structure. <br /> . .
