8 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Evergreen Way/SR 526 Overcrossing," Fund 303, Program 015, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 2503-00. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled, "Evergreen Way/SR 526 Overcrossing," <br /> Fund 303, Program 015, was established to provide for the said improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled, "Evergreen Way/SR 526 Overcrossing," Fund <br /> 303, Program 015, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Evergreen Way/SR 526 Overcrossing," Fund 303, <br /> Program 015, are as follows: <br /> A.
