E <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "41st Street Improvements, Friday Avenue to Rucker Avenue," <br /> Fund 303, Program 024, as established by Ordinance No. 2502-00. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled,"41st Street Improvements, Friday <br /> Avenue to Rucker Avenue," Fund 303, Program 024, was established to provide for the said <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled, "41st Street Improvements, Friday Avenue to <br /> Rucker Avenue" Fund 303, Program 024,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "41st Street Improvements, Friday Avenue to <br /> Rucker Avenue," Fund 303, Program 024, are as follows: <br /> A.
