NSA's Tournament Director must work with the City to schedule maintenance breaks throughout the day. 4. NSA shall not allow any players on any field while the City prepares or maintains the field. The Tournament Director is responsible for assisting field maintenance personnel if a problem arises with a team during the Tournament. 5. The City will prepare and maintain facilities at the fields. Preparation and maintenance of facilities may include: a. Clean rest rooms as needed b. Empty garbage cans when full or as needed c. Pick up litter and trash around grounds as needed C. FENCING 1. NSA shall provide to the City outfield fence design specifications for temporary fencing for the Kasch Park fields by April 1,2004, and provide all materials for installation of 200' radius outfield fence systems at Kasch Park at least one month in advance of start of Tournament. 2. NSA shall provide City with all materials, specifications and a location plan for each field for the perimeter fence installation at least one month prior to the start of the Tournament. The perimeter fence site plan will be reviewed by the City for life/safety issues and must be satisfactory to the City. 3. Fencing shall become the property of the City at the conclusion of the Tournament at no additional cost to the City. 4. BANNERS AND SIGNS A. NSA and participating teams may install Tournament and sponsor banners on outfield fences, in accordance with sign ordinance referenced in City Municipal Code. The City reserves the right to approve such banners,which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. B. The number of banners is limited as follows: 1. Kasch Park cloverleaf entrance fence: 2 banners 2. Kasch Park cloverleaf building: 4 banners 3. Kasch Park fields: 2 banners per field 4. Kasch Park dug-outs 1 banner per dug-out 20
