The Citation described the violations and the corrective action that needed to be taken,gave a date by which corrective action was required,and set a hearing date for appealing the notice to the City's violations hearing examiner. The owner did not correct the violations. The hearing examiner authorized the City to execute the required abatements by private contract. The City incurred costs in performing said abatements,which were billed to the owner and are over 30 days past due. This resolution authorizes placement of an assessment lien on the property in the amount of the outstanding costs of abatement,which total$642.10.
