WEDNESDAY, APRIL 7, 2004 <br /> CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> Roll Call <br /> Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Approval of Minutes: March 31, 2004 <br /> Mayor's Comments <br /> Council <br /> City Attorney <br /> Citizen Comments <br /> CONSENT ITEMS (to be considered individually) <br /> (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of $ 1,085,368.26 for the period of March 20, 2004 through March 26, 2004 <br /> (2) Adopt Resolution # authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $ 2,629,595.57 for the period ending March 20, 2004 <br /> (3) To approve the closure of Lombard, Hewitt to California, from April 23, 2004, 6 p.m. <br /> to April 24, 2004, 3 p.m. to set up booths and tents for a Blue Ribbon Block Walk, <br /> which begins at Hewitt and Lombard and proceeds West on Hewitt to Bond Street, <br /> and East on Hewitt to Lombard sponsored by Deaconess Children's Services on April <br /> 24, 2004, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. with the condition that participants stay on the sidewalk <br /> and obey traffic signals, and that there be two flaggers (one certified at the <br /> intersections of Colby, Rucker, and West Marine View Drive and one flagger at each <br /> minor intersection <br /> (4) To approve the closure of Colby and Wetmore Avenues, 26th Street to Wall Street, for <br /> the Salty Sea Days Parade sponsored by the Everett Salty Sea Days Association on <br /> June 5, 2004, 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and to waive the parade fee.
