RESOLUTION NO. 5535 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of the 25th <br /> Ave S.E. lying South of 101 t Street S.E. and North of <br /> 104th Place S.E. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the <br /> 25th Ave. S.E., described as follows: <br /> The East 20 feet of the North One-Half of the Southwest Quarter of <br /> the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Section <br /> 20, Township 28 North, Range 5 East W.M., and <br /> The West 20 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 28 North, Range 5 East W.M. <br /> All situate in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, Washington <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right- <br /> of-way; <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix <br /> a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for November 3rd, 2004 at 6:30 <br /> P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to <br /> consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> ouncilper o In roducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of October, 2004. <br /> Council President <br />
