City of Everett will reallocate the remaining South Everett Youth and Community Center <br /> 2002 and 2003 Community Development Block Grant to the Boys and Girls Club of <br /> Snohomish County. These funds are to be used for $16,300.00 in rehabilitation work on <br /> the building at 7628 Cascade Drive and $3,524.00 for youth services for low and <br /> moderate income citizens. <br /> III.
