"Ilos /mwma— <br /> RESOLUTION No. 5477 <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID No. 726, <br /> Treasurer's Account No. 0030. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known <br /> as Treasurer's Account No. 0030 in LID Roll No. 726 to segregate the <br /> assessments as the property is legally described by Binding Site Plan 1571-01- <br /> 02; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the properties, as subdivided, are of sufficient value to provide adequate <br /> security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the <br /> undivided parcel of property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 297-74, as amended by Ordinance No. <br /> 1072-84, provide a method of segregating the assessments for a parcel or tract <br /> of land within an LID into smaller assessments for subdivided parcels; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate <br /> said Treasurer's Account No. 0030 into segregated assessments for the separate <br /> parcels; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Treasurer's Account No. 0030 is current, and the application fee as <br /> required by Ordinance No. 297-74, as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has <br /> been paid to the City Treasurer for the proposed assessment segregation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT THAT; <br /> Section 1: The assessments, as segregated, were made as nearly as possible on the <br /> same basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 2: The total of the segregated parts are equal to the current assessment. <br />
