• <br /> IV. Any CDBG funding assistance received in 2004 and Housing Trust 2060 funds are to be used for the <br /> above projects. <br /> V. This Resolution will become part of the formal application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development. <br /> VI. All payments and income from the Housing Rehabilitation Program (Fund 197) will be used for housing <br /> rehabilitation purposes. This is estimated at $400,000.00 for 2004. <br /> VII. The capital projects will be in the form of loans with details of terms and conditions to be returned to <br /> City Council in a contract. <br /> VIII. The required application sections and information are to be sent to the U.S. Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development to complete all application requirements. <br /> IX. The 2004 Action Plan is hereby approved to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development to complete all application requirements. <br /> X. The 2004 Housing Trust 2060 funds are estimated and not available until after August 31, 2004. If the <br /> estimated revenues do not meet projection, the funding for Housing Trust 2060 projects which are <br /> eligible to receive the funds will be reduced. Staff will work with the agencies on the reduced funding <br /> amount allocated to their projects. Any funds above the estimated amount will be allocated the next <br /> program year. <br /> XI.
