,IP----A <br /> Resolution No. 5463 E!/E?ETT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED THAT Dave DeHaan, City Director of Emergency <br /> Management <br /> OR HIS/HER ALTERNATE: Steve Parker, Assistant Chief <br /> is hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of Everett, a local <br /> government entity, established under the laws of the state of Washington, this <br /> application, grant agreement, and payment requests to be filed with the Military <br /> Department, Emergency Management Division, for the purpose of obtaining and <br /> administering certain state and federal financial assistance under the Disaster <br /> Mitigation Act of 2000 (DMA2K). <br /> THAT the City of Everett hereby authorizes its agent to provide to the State <br /> Emergency Management Division for all matters concerning such state disaster <br /> mitigation assistance the assurances and agreements required. <br /> Passed and approved this 7th day of April, 2004. <br /> Z <br /> ,_e_.„,„ <br /> ate,„ j <br /> (Council President Arlan Hatloe) <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> I, Sharon Marks, duly appointed as the City Clerk of the City of Everett, <br /> do hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed <br /> and approved by the Everett City Council on the day of April, 2004. <br /> ( .1gnature) <br />
