Conditions at the property have not been corrected. <br /> 11/13/03: Hearing. Hearing examiner imposes a$1,500.00 fine, due by 12/15/03, and sets a <br /> deadline of 12/1/03 for abatement of nuisance. Note: the owner does not attend <br /> the hearing, so the order is a default order. Order posted on property. <br /> 12/4/03: Owner does not abate the violation. Code Compliance requests an abatement <br /> contractor for the nuisances. <br /> 12/22/03: Contractor completes the abatement.
