These orders required abatement of all violations on your property at 2210 49t Street <br /> South East. Because you failed to comply with the Order, the City undertook and completed the <br /> abatement of your property and incurred costs. As the owner of this property,you are <br /> responsible to pay the City for the cost of these abatements. The amounts to date are as follows: <br /> May 9, 2003 $325.70 ISCO Wetland Mitigation <br /> July 29, 2003 $220.70 ISCO Wetland Mitigation <br /> August 14, 2003 $95.70 ISCO Wetland Mitigation <br /> The total amount currently owing is $642.10, which payment shall be made to the City of <br /> Everett, Treasurer's Office, at 2930 Wetmore Suite 100, Everett Washington, 98201. We ask for <br /> your immediate attention to this obligation. If payment in full is not made by February 2, 2004 <br /> collection action will be taken in the form of assessing a lien against your property. <br /> Again, due to the type of abatement that occurred on your property there is the requirement of <br /> ongoing monitoring.
