These orders required abatement of all violations on your property at 2210 49t Street South East. Because you failed to comply with the Order, the City undertook and completed the abatement of your property and incurred costs. As the owner of this property,you are responsible to pay the City for the cost of these abatements. The amounts to date are as follows: May 9, 2003 $325.70 ISCO Wetland Mitigation July 29, 2003 $220.70 ISCO Wetland Mitigation August 14, 2003 $95.70 ISCO Wetland Mitigation The total amount currently owing is $642.10, which payment shall be made to the City of Everett, Treasurer's Office, at 2930 Wetmore Suite 100, Everett Washington, 98201. We ask for your immediate attention to this obligation. If payment in full is not made by February 2, 2004 collection action will be taken in the form of assessing a lien against your property. Again, due to the type of abatement that occurred on your property there is the requirement of ongoing monitoring.
